B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)

It is one year course consisting of two semesters - odd and even semesters.

Minimum Qualification

B.A./B.Sc., degree in any one of the following subjects with 45% of marks and a mere pass is enough for S.C./S.T. candidates and physically handicapped candidates.

Admission system on the basis of communal rotation will be followed for 50% of the total seats available

A common entrance exam. for all B.Ed. aspirants is being conducted by the Govt. of Tamilnadu every year. Only those applications of the candidates who have appeared for the entrance examinations will be considered for admission. In all Self-finance colleges, 50% of seats has been filled up according to the norms of the Government and another 50% of seats has been filled up by the management.
